Annals of Internal Medicine’s mission is to promote excellence in medicine. To achieve this mission, the journal publishes a wide variety of original research, review articles, practice guidelines, and commentary relevant to clinical practice, health care delivery, public health, health care policy, medical education, ethics, and research methodology.
If you work in any of these areas, consider submitting your work to Annals. Annals also welcomes medical humanities work, including history of medicine articles, personal essays, poetry and graphic medicine articles. And if a camera is your preferred medium, consider submitting a cover photo.
